Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointments online up to 3 hours before the appointment without any charges. Cancellations made 1 hour or less before the appointment are treated as a no-show and are subject to a 100% service fee. If the customer does not show up without prior notice, they will be charged the full-service amount.
